drive-up shots part of flu fight.(Local) - The Virginian-Pilot (Norfolk, VA)

BON SECOURS HEALTH SYSTEM will offer 'Drive-Through' flu shots Saturday, an annual event that allows people to get a seasonal flu vaccine without leaving their vehicles.

The shots will be given at the following sites on Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon and will cost $20: Bon Secours Health Center at Harbour View, 5818 Harbour View Blvd., Suffolk ; Maryview Medical Center, 3636 High St., Portsmouth ; DePaul Medical Center, 150 Kingsley Lane, Norfolk ; Bon Secours Health Center at Virginia Beach, 828 Healthy Way, Virginia Beach ; Mary Immaculate Hospital, 2 Bernardine Dr., Newport News .

Flu vaccines are also available at doctors' offices, drugstores and grocery stores. Local health departments also have begun conducting flu vaccine clinics:

Flu shot and nasal mist are both available. No appointment is necessary.
