Norfolk: Electoral board chairman

to speak Saturday

Ed O'Neal, chairman of the Norfolk Electoral Board, will speak to the Norfolk Neighborhood University Alumni Association at 10 a.m.Saturday.

He will give a presentation on voting and voter-registration procedures, including safeguards for a fair election. A hands-on demonstration of the electronic voting machines used in Norfolk will be available.

The meeting is free and open to the public. Social time and refreshments will be available before and after the meeting, which will be held at the Norfolk Health Department, 830 S. Hampton Ave.
